We ask you to email us details of your requirements for your
new UK home. Once we have your requirements,
we will confirm your brief, so you can be sure we have
fully understood your instructions. We then
ask for a non refundable fee of £495, which is deducted
from our final fee of 1% of the agreed property purchase
price. This fee is payable upon exchange of contracts.
